Responsible for the manufacturing of Turntable Ladders, Air- Rescue Firefighting vehicles (ARFF) and Firefighting vehicles (FFV) in three plants in Europe Main task: ensuring the production of 200 TTL, 30 ARFF and ca. 800 FFV per year P& L responsibility for the manufacturing, logistics, quality, purchasing, maintenance and facilities part of the plants (ca. 200 Mio. €) Additional responsibility for the Ulm plant as site manager incl. activities for the Commercial vehicles area within IVECO

Head of Process Engineering, Launches, Work Analysis and P-BOM ensuring the process and logistics planning activities, P-BoM creation, launches support, and work analysis activities of the three plants to prepare the production of the complete Firefighting range Supporting the Budget responsibility of the manufacturing director for the productivity of the three plants with ca. 950 BC and for ca. 10 Mio. € of investment/year

Responsible for site planning, construction activities guidance and manufacturing layout planning applying the lean manufacturing principles in a low volume segment. Background is the concentration of Bodybuilder-activities for tank pumpers from 5 sites spread in Europe to one in Ulm, 35 Mio. € project to be finished in 9 months

Responsible for 40 employees, of which 15 Process Engineers, 5 work analysts, 12 in P-BOM), 2 tool-designer und 6 people for launches; Production of Heavy Commercial trucks Supporting the Budget responsibility of the manufacturing director for the productivity of the Ulm plant with ca. 1.100-1.800 BC and for ca. 15 Mio. € of investment/year

Verantwortlicher für die Einführung/Umsetzung des neuen Produktionssystems WCM (World Class Manufacturing) und das Vorschlagswesen

Abwicklung von Investitonsprojekte, bspw. Umzug der Feuerwehrleiterproduktion der Iveco Magirus GmbH

- Service-Bereich für die Entwicklungszentren Traktoren von CNH, ansässig in Modena, Italien, Basildon, GB und Burr Ridge, USA - ISO-Zertifizierungen, Erstellung von Planungstools Schulungsorganisation,

- Produktion - Betriebliches Rechnungswesen
