Responsible for project planning for onshore wind farms in EMEA region in execution phase. Detailed planning of execution and development of optimization scenarios. Report project progress to customer, project management and business unit management. Subcontractor interface planning and progress controlling. Support to variation order management, claim substantiation.

Interface between Sales, Execution and Supply Chain Management for the production planning of wind turbines in the CSM portfolio. Continuours optimization of production and open slots to maximize supply to portfolio order entry according to available capacity and viceversa. Commercial and planning analysis to support management decision making on allocation of critical production slots. Support to quarterly budget and volume planning.

Development of bid plans for the installation of onshore wind farms in region EMEA in sales. Calculation of time feasibility of contractual scope and baseline time schedules. Estimation of resources needed per project and monthly forecast of headcounts for the business unit.

Development of detailed project plan in engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases for a steam-gas combined cycle power plant. Monitoring project progress and elaboration of customer reports including L2, L3, L4 schedules, S-curves, critical path analysis.
