In the HR Being the first contact point for any HR requests Managing recruitment processes and general staff administration Collecting, processing and analysing HR related data Management of personnel files Communication with Works Council 2. In Administration: Organisation of office processes Support of other teams 3. In ICT: Providing day to day assistance to staff Assisting with the general management of the ICT support team.

My team and I: offered advice and assistance to students regarding studying and living in Germany. translated documents for students and accompanied them to offices whenever required organised cultural events and excursions for students.

My team was the first point of contact for foreign and local students in the residence halls We Planned and organized cultural events in the residence halls The TuDu-Team acted as a communication platform, bringing together students of various nationalities
