o mission : responsible for the follow up of the project with the new robot for the sorting and planning of the transport loads (700 loads a day) o accomplishments :  problem solver for the daily problems and communication with the internal and external partners of the project  optimisation of the transport routings with the Ortec software  optimisation of the daily reporting of the drivers

o mission : responsible for a package of 50 suppliers for the delivery in sequential or batch mode of car parts on different logistic platforms o accomplishments :  up to 100% delivery performance in start-up of new Volvo model combined with existing business in JIT environment

- Project leader supply chain : (teams up to 10 persons) o mission : complete removal of a warehouse (professional clothing) and start of production in new location o accomplishments :  Complete identification of the products and reduction of stocks  Removal of 150 000 parts of clothing / 600 pallets and relocation in new picking area and warehouse in relation to stock rotation  Start up production with new procedures and complete inexperienced personnel • Supply Chain : - Team leader warehous

- Project director (Fnac Belgium) : (mixed teams up to 50 persons) o mission: overall responsibility for the complete project o accomplishments:  launch of the euro in the different informatics systems in close collaboration with the head office in Paris (smooth start-up of the shops on the 1st January 2002)  starting up and improvement of the electronic data transfers (references, prices,...) between suppliers and Fnac • introduction of new data was speeded up to 24hrs instead of several days  l

- Responsible logistic organization (projects) and transport : o responsible for logistic organization, transport, daily management 230 pickup points (La Redoute Catalogue Benelux) o mission: continuous improvement of different logistic flows, launch of new logistic projects o accomplishments:  launch of a performing distribution network of packages (24Hrs service with penalties and a higher customer satisfaction) with performing partners (DHL,...)
