After consulting on the business plan, site acquisition and sales and marketing process, took a full time role to help launch Aurora Semiconductor as a full service provider of advanced 3-D microelectronic packaging. Managed $6M business relationship with the primary customer, and did business development quotes to support 100% growth in the business level in the second year.

Executive role in analog and power semiconductor businesses for Mobile and Consumer applications. Led product lines and business units as large as $70M in annual sales to achieve annual growth rates of up to 50% with greater than 50% gross margins. Most recently led Product Line for Signal and Power switching products to achieve $70M sales rate in 2013 focused on key Mobile OEM’s.
