Subject Matter Expertise Consultation, Project Implementation and participation in RCA. Deep-level troubleshooting, Planning and Engineering of normal/complex, routine or emergency changes within applicable technology platform. Assists other project members with evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, and maintenance efforts in the following specialties: systems architecture; networking; automation; communications protocols; risk management.

Provide management of a client's workplace environment by delivering mix of automated and personalized services. Bring clients tested, reliable, and repeatable service and support. Plan, develop and implement operating systems, applications, security patches, and application service updates to computer across an organization.

Dealing with Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Active Directory and Exchange Console 2007 and 2010. Creating and removing users by the company policy. Identify and resolve customer' requests, problem or incident using the relevant knowledge base tools and other technical resources Dealing with user's accounts for internal applications. Ordering and installing Microsoft and internal application
