Ramping up a Software Qualification Testing project (SWE.6) for an EV electric drive unit.

Ramping up and managing two teams for SW Integration Testing and SW Qualification Testing of a Battery/Energy Management Unit, belonging to BMW's 6th generation of electrical powertrains.

Development and production of a Mini-HiL system dedicated to Embedded Software Testing. Managing the entire lifecycle of the product: HW and SW development, prototyping and testing, production (15+ suppliers), sales, distribution (10+ clients), HiL customization and after-sale support.

Developing, building and commissioning a high-voltage component test bench for charging/electrical power management unit. Analyzing of the requirements to be tested with the above mentioned test bench.

Specification of diagnostics requirements with focus on UDS routines. Analysis of functional safety requirements and creation of a test plan. The target of the activities was an Electrical Drive Unit (Inverter, Gear box, Electrical machine) for Jaguar Land Rover.
