I am responsible for coordinating two very diverse teams: one of them is responsible for developing a mobile application on both iOS and Android and is distributed across different agencies. The other one is a mixed team (extended workbench) as we have both team members from the customer and team members from our agency. Besides making sure that the SCRUM framework is followed, I am also responsible for delivering a high-quality product to these two customers.

Coordinating the development of the new online banking platform.

Coordinating Product Developments for multiple products: resealed product, insurance, product matching, services.

Implementing processes in a start-up in order to offer transparency and predictibility. Applying for the EuroCloud certification. Coordinating the team in order to achieve its high potential.

Product Owner for the online GamMatrix platform which was the backend handling all customer transactions, registration, KYC and the list could go on.

Coordinating the business line and the IT provider in order to find the best solution – to have the same understanding of the project scope / requirements; Organizing telco’s and workshops in order to present the project content to all the stakeholders; Preparing test-cases together with the line of business users; Preparing and coordinating UAT; Preparing the Go/No Go decision together with the client; Ensuring that the project will be delivered in a high quality standard;

Ensuring an efficient communication between the business lines and IT entities from the company or external provider; Responsible for the processes proposed by the business lines; Documenting the business request from the business lines for estimation, budgeting and planning; Creating all project related documents; Informing all stakeholders about the project status; Following the implementation of the business requests; Ensuring the support for the preliminary tests; Identifying the interdependencies.

Checking the loan documents presented by bank clients; Obtaining information regarding the employers of the loan applicant and co-debtors from websites like Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice; Checking the mortgages - requesting the evaluation of the properties; Creating proposal regarding the loan approval or rejection.
