Responsible for controlling and reporting of development processes quality status in projects for Ford, Audi, Renault in KOSTAL Ukraine: - define development process for individual projects; - check project teams work for compliance with defined development process; - evaluate the quality of samples; - plan internal audits (IATF, VDA6.3, A-SPICE assessments; - particulate internal & external audits to present KOSTAL development processes and quality strategy; - escalate in case of deviations.

Research and development in group of steering wheel switches and faceplates: - modeling in Catia (concept, haptic calculation, surfaces analysis and adjustments, feasibility study, FEM analysis, PCB data); - generation of 2D-drawings (part, assembly and Customer drawings); - Tolerance calculation; - D-FMEA in Apis IQ Tool.
