Principal activities: - checking in passengers and giving seat numbers using automated check-in software (Amadeus, SITA); - supervising check-in process and boarding for flights with an additional level of security and document check (USA, Canada) ; - solving the most complex problems during the operation day; - monitoring and preparing the flights in the system to make sure that all airline rules and regulations are met and followed in accordance; - calming and reassuring nervous passengers.

Principal activities: - recognize and respond quickly and effectively in all emergencies - prevent injuries by minimizing or eliminating hazardous situations and behaviors - inspect the facility on a daily schedule and report any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor - administering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or using an automated defibrillator (AED) in an emergency
