Establishing of new advisory company focused on more valuable advisory in the area of industrial analysis (energy, telco and oil industry) as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, regulatory issues, interim management and advisory services for newcomers to the Czech market. Our target clients are bigger advisory companies with need for deep industrial analysis or for reduction of costs for part of their services as well as SMEs requiring interim management services or costs/structure changes.

• Legal / business support of local teams (until 09/2006) • Unbundling projects coordination in Bulgaria, Romania (2006/2007) • Set-up of post merger processes in Varna, Bulgaria (09 – 12/2006) • Coordination of activities and business development in the field of post-merger processes • Coordination of business activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (full time in Bosnia October 2007 – November 2008) • Coordination of production business activities in Germany (Mibrag company) (since 04/2009)

• Coordination of legal activities of the company (e.g. regulatory issues, competition issues, customer care support, cooperation with municipalities and other big partners, data protection and corporate affairs incl. squeeze out process, labour law, unbundling) • Leading the legal department • Defending and lobbing interests towards former Ministry of Informatics • Vice-president of CACC
