Main responsibilities are customer consultation, work order creation,cost and time estimation, progress tracking and vehicle delivery. Secondary responsibilities are planning and coordinating the work in car workshop, cooperates with the subcontractor on repairing motor vehicle.

Primary responsibilities were process optimization and resource planning. Secondary responsibilities were supply chain management and quality control.

Main responsibilities were planning and coordinating the work in car workshop ,opening work orders, detection failures and malfunctions on a motor vehicle. Secondary responsibilities were to provide clients with information about the interventions performed by the workshop, cooperates with the subcontractor on repairing motor vehicle and planning of maintenance of equipment in the workshop.
