Responsible for engineering and optimization of the new features and new releases within Ericsson 3G and LTE (W11,W12,L11,L12 etc.) Network parameter optimization. Redesign Ericsson RAN to adapt to the „Smart Phone Avalanche” and increased traffic load. Coordinate Vodafone regional structures for implementation and support in troubleshooting. Leading optimization projects for network improvement. Link between Vodafone Global and Vodafone Germany for implementing network strategies.

Responsible for the overall technical issues. LTE 800/1800/2600 site deployment. Coordinate the deployment team(5 troubleshooters). Initial design of radio and transport parameters. LTE KPIs and new feature tests with T-Mobile. Conducting workshop and eRAN network setup coordination. Responsible for the development of the LTE and 2G site solutions.Network optimisation.

II level support of the RAN equipment. Initial design of 3G RAN networks. Capacity planning, training operational stuff, installation, supervision and commissioning of RNCs and NodeBs. Supervising and training subcontractors. Organizing presentations and workshops. Assisting project management and bidding teams. International experience in projects around the world (Germany, Hungary, Macedonia, Bulgaria etc.)
