Quality side support,process audits(VDA 6.3),running review of quality related processes by phase of the development of a product and run production, review of the product quality by inclusion of client-relevant quality standards,early recognition of weak points,defining applicable necessary corrective actions in the operative day trade for engine harnesses to ensure customer satisfaction,defining corrective and improvement actions in scope of quality loop in consideration of an optimal cost-value ratio.

Moderator in daily and weekly analysis for engine harness,making monthly,annual analysis for engine harnesses and reporting to Head of Quality,processing Complaints,iInitiating of optimization,New Projects/Preventive Quality Planning,taking part in quality planning in new projects to ensure only assured processes when transferring projects to series production,support and assistance of internal and external audits (customer audits and process audits),quality side support and process for engine harness.

Quality control of final products, leader of work group, inspection in mounting, preparing technical drawings according customers requirements , monitoring in production process, preparing of tender documentation.

Supervisor in process of manufacturing, inspection of welding products, ultrasonic control of welded junction, making tender documentation, development of new products and implementing of new methods in manufacturing process.
