- Professionally handle incoming queries by customers via phone and email - Provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests - The primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfill customer needs - Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

- Incident Management: ensuring all alerts, issues are accurately logged, reported and escalated appropriately - Voice and data network monitoring - Control of the internal and external service processes in case of failure - Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information
