Contract Program Manager for Microsoft Partners in Learning Network (PILN). Worked with the existing PILN team to develop a vision for the PILN V2.X user experience. Developed functional requirements for the next version of PILN to accelerate costing and planning on the project. Simplified the PILN UX to focus on core user scenarios. Developed a complete UX design for PILN V2.4. Transitioned team to Agile development model.

Microsoft Rich Media Group Directed photo editor for photography software development project, including creating user personae, partnering with marketing department to determine objectives, and architecting user scenarios to guide and define project scope and features. Identified specific user needs and ensured team efforts were driven by those needs rather than by interests of software engineers.
