Master thesis written for LeasePlan, which urged the need for research on future innovation that could address potential changes in consumer behaviour. The research focussed on the potential (increased) usage of public transport, as a result from increased urbanization worldwide, and how 'personal norms' influence mobility behaviour. The research suggests that public transport will pose a minor threat, as usage intention is low. Additionally, personal norms have little influence on mobility choice.
