During my second internship I worked as a Advisor Internation Clients at ABN AMRO. This department was responsible for all the foreign clients the ABN AMRO has. Tasks: - Responsible for the registration of all new clients. - Responsible for the process of all leaving clients (implemented a new system for this registration). - Sending letters to clients. For example contactforms. - Answering the telephone and advising clients (mostly in English).

During my first internship I started as a account manager where I had the following tasks: - Service desk - Sales support - Managing client relations - Administrative support - Billing support. After my internship I stayed at FirmTel for another six months until I had to begin my second internship.

I was a salesman on the department of small home appliances and white goods.

I had to sale the AD newspaper to new customers trough cold calling. Later on I was promoted to sale a more difficult project, the Lotto.

I have been doing a Minor in Online Marketing. In this minor I have learned to use SEO, SEA, Wordpress, Online analysis and all kinds of aspects of Online Marketing.
