As an independent sales contractor I held contracts with multiple insurance and annuity companies/providers. Wright Asset Management Inc. represented a full line of financial and insurance products specializing in estate planning, business buy-sell agreements, annuities, as well as, property & casualty, life, and health insurances. I managed a book of business of over 600 clients, both individual and corporate, while maintaining a strong concentration on growth strategies.

As a sales agent, I specialized in innovative marketing strategies and customer relationship management techniques. During my time with IFBI I increased the company's new clientele business portfolio by more than 150 clients, while managing a book of business holding more than 400 clients. My position was charged with selling multiple lines of insurance products to individuals/corporations, marketing towards new clients and demographics, and implementing personal service by customizing insurance programs.

As a merchant for SHC, I was in charge of managing a $160 million camping retail segment with a product portfolio of 300+ items while executing sales, margin, and growth strategies. Responsibilities included all aspects of the merchandise offering – assortment planning, product selection, vendor negotiation, item promotion, and disposition; while maintaining a strong focus on the customer.

As the manager of advertising for the sporting goods and toys divisions at SHC, I executed promotional strategies that supported business plans and that adhered to corporate bylaws & legal advertising guidelines. I was responsible for managing the entire advertising production process, deadlines, a team of 10+ merchants, and supported cross-functional management teams.
