I was the property manager of a 627 unit complex. I was responsible for the maintenance supervision, rental of the units, all collections, leasing, budget items. While there I also designed a sales model and playground area. Also brought in 200+ mobile homes and supervised all aspects of getting these homes set up from coordinating the delivery of the homes, permits, electrical and water hookups and dealing with all the permits and inspections involved.
