I have worked as Senior Toolpusher Performance for 5 years and 13 years as TP.I have worked in the drilling industry for 30 years. I have mostly worked on Semis, conventional and 5th generation, (cyber, triple activity) but I have also worked on Drillships and Jackups. I have been involved as a senior supervisor in drilling/workover/completion/development and shipyard operations. I am seeking a change in career direction away from direct operational offshore Toolpushing as per my objective.

I worked through a company called ICM for Atwood Oceanics. The position initially required the compiling of training documentation for new crews. It then continued with Crew Familiarization System Training on equipment for all crew members, on Atwoods new build Drillships, the Advantage and Achiever in the shipyard in Korea.
