I was the project manager for new wireless products and services for Sprint PCS. I worked with multiple vendors and cross functional teams to launch new GPS based wireless services in the Sprint PCS network. My job responsibilities included network analysis, design, field testing, and implementation of GPS based services on the Wireless Intelligent Network. I lead a project team to launch E911 Phase II. My project team was the first wireless carrier in North America to successfully deploy E911 Phase II.

I was the subject matter expert for legal research analysis for technical regulatory issues regarding State PUC and FCC regulations. I provided testimony for technical and legal issues involving Advanced Intelligent Networks (AIN), Number Pooling, Local Number Portability, 800 services, and all N11 services.
