Significant experience with complex federal acquisition practices on large scale procurements as well as innovative bid and proposal processes.

Built technology consulting division dedicated to telecommunications service providers from the ground up. Responsible for day-to-day operations management of the division and coordination with sales team. Focused on operational/business support systems (order entry, billing, and management), core network routing (BGP and MPLS), and managed large scale deployments of infrastructure.

Led team responsible for coordinating company-wide international telecommunications product release process including marketing, engineering, order entry, sales, and support. Included multi-national product development efforts with Sprint, France Telecom, and Deutsche Telekom.
