Responsible for all commercial and non-commercial sales operations in VIC, TAS and SA as well as all marketing and PR activities at a national level. Managed the implementation of the JCurve (Netsuite) CRM/ERP and accounting package to replace MYOB and other legacy systems and processes. Coordination of weekly international and domestic freight and logistics operations ensuring timely delivery and transparent communication procedures in the event of delays and/or damage.

Member of the International Sales division servicing customers worth approx. €5M in Australia, USA, UK and Asia. Assisted with the launch of two new product lines into English-speaking markets including the development of sales materials and distribution strategies. Also undertook a three month fieldwork secondment to Markilux UK servicing customers throughout the entire UK.
