Build up new Claims, establish Claims guidelines, data manual and processes, manage back-log of claims, clean-up of run-off claims, process non-life treaty and facultative claims, regularly inform Underwriting on new claims or specific claims developments, monitoring of large claims and update underwriters and management, contribute to quarterly closings, establish/change existing loss reports, establish Claims Key Controls for Solvency II, leading of Claims Administration team.

Process non-life treaty and facultative claims, share and present claims information internally, initiate and conduct client visits, contribution to quarterly closings, assist in audit preparation, introduction of document management system, responsible for the education of trainee and commercial apprentices in claims.

Manage privat client- and collective life treaties, handling of non-life claims, underwriting, education of trainees, deputy general agent.
