Managed the Business Requirements definition using the current Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) install to assist in Network Supply Chain and Cross-Dock initiatives; including an online Appointments Scheduling system

Managed the Business Requirements and Process Definition for several key initiatives; including Affordable Care Act, Benefits Administration, Rules-Based Online Enrollment, Custom Decision Support Tools, Medical and Voluntary Benefits Management, and Custom Broker and HR Administration Tools

Founded a local NGO and worked with constituent groups including boards, committees, volunteers, and external audiences. Managed the social marketing initiatives to become a leader in Social Media for Supply Chain. Worked extensively with contracted Technology focused PR firm to move existing news, Public Relations, web casts, trade show appearances, and customer activity into a blogsphere/ videosphere, and create a twitter “voice” strategy to communicate to potential customers.

Configured the Tecsys WMS application to support the inbound and outbound business process, warehouse procedure, data process and user definition. Conducted End-to-End testing of all configuration and modifications in multiple WMS and TMS environments. Coordinated and conducted sessions with client to ultimately produce the Business Requirement Definition for all DC (Distribution Center) Inbound and outbound processing

Managed the business requirements gather and functional design development that supported a non-certified vendor receiving process for Home Depot’s Rapid Deployment Center (RDC) using Manhattan WMS. Created testing scripts and steps to validate the EAI ASN mapping to Manhattan WMS, and the manual creation of ASNs to support unsuccessful systematic bridging

Provided subject matter expertise to application upgrades; including Red Prairie warehouse management system version and Manugistics to Oracle ASCP planning system upgrades. Identified opportunities, defined business case, gathered requirements, and submitted RITE (requests for IT engagement) for business process re-development and system interface upgrades to better support the Supply Chain.

Supported the implementation, testing, training and post-support of Sony RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and TMS (Transportation Management System) implementations and cross-support of 5 local warehouses distributed across the USA. Provided floor level operational/ technical support of Sony Distribution processes and Catalyst WMS, TMS and RFID systems.

Experienced Analyst toward several projects, including global i2 Demand Planner system installs for British American Tobacco, and global SAP archiving projects for Sony Japan.
