Help maintain bar, serve customers, maintain cleanliness

Tended the tasting room bar and assisted in production and brew operations. Duties included; pouring beer, handling cash, cleaning, assisting canning and packaging beer, keg washing, filling kegs, milling in, mashing, and graining out.

Provided customer assistance on multiple platforms, such as; online banking, mobile app, ATM debit cards, and ATM machines. Maintained customer accounts, keeping them up to date and accurate within the system. Worked across multiple platforms that performed various functions. Liaised between internal and external departments. Handled post, invoices, and customer inquiries. Identified and analyzed unauthorized transactions and wrote reports. Provided level 1 IT support.

Completed customer transactions such as; deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account closures, and transfers. Maintained a daily cash draw that was balanced at the end of each workday. Responsibly maintained large amounts of cash and checks and multiple transactions simultaneously.
