I am responsible for the sales of all IBM Storage hardware into the Financial Services Sector (FSS). My current customers include the four major South African banks namely, Absa, Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank. I am also responsible for the smaller banks and insurance companies namely, Investec, RMB, Old Mutual, Mutual and Federal, Santam and Sanlam. The model at IBM STG is a channel and a direct one. I am responsible for the management of the product sales into the reseller base that sells into my client set.

Datacentrix is one of South Africa’s premier hardware and software resellers. With 500+ Employees and a revenue of more than R1Bn ($140M) per Annum. I worked as a senior account manager in the Enterprise Storage Business Unit. My main customer focus in the business unit was the Financial Services and Mining sectors. I moved from a pre sales consultant role in the Enterprise Storage Business Unit to a sales role in 2004. In this position I was responsible for Product management and of VERITAS Software
