Currently working as a Product Designer, I manage projects, model, and draft automotive components such as shock abosorber and suspension components. I am responsible for designing complex stamped parts according to customer specifications using CAD software. Additionally, I participate as the Brazilian representative in a global team striving for process standardization and the creation of design rules. My role also includes leveraging my FE analysis skills to optimize product performance and lifecycle.

Design Manufacturing Sign Off - leadership and timely sign off gathering in design validation and process validation phases. Project, design and implementation of supply and lubrication train for off road module truck. Main achievements / Relevant Projects: - Responsible for creation, development and implementation of a production line for tank truck including standardized welded sheet metal and weld processes reducing production time and raw material leftover.
