Project Lead for the global travel and expense management.

Helbling - leading company in technological innovation and business consulting; 430 employees (2010). Acquisition, senior consultant, project manager. Focus on operations, production, logistics, supply chain management, sourcing, purchasing, quality management, process improvements, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, operational due diligence.

Examiner for the federal assessment to the automation expert in VAM (Verband für Berufspruefungen fuer Automatikfachleute im Maschinenbau; association for professional examinations for experts in the technical industry). As experienced examiner I was responsible to initiate the first exams incl. creation of the tests as well as for the approval of the students. Later on for the country-wide enlargement of the organization.

Gretag Imaging - leading global photo equipment and solutions provider, went Chapter 7 in 2003 after a long history in the photo business. 2000 turnover of 700 MUSD, 2,500 employees. As operations manager I was responsible for production (electronics, optics, coating), assembly, quality management, logistics with 250 employees. I left in May 2000, i.e. three years before the company went bankrupt.

Schindler - leading global manufacturer of elevators, escalators and moving walks. Public company with more than 32'000 employees in five continents and 4,5 BCHF sales (1992 figures). As project manager for company-wide optimization projects in operations and production I realized projects e.g. as Medium Term Planning: planning procedure and tools for the manufacturing companies in Europe.
