Managed product launches, pricing, and positioning tailored to the Turkish market. Coordinated national advertising campaigns across digital, print, and dealer channels. Worked closely with sales and dealer teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Organized and oversaw brand-related events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.

Led technical support and service engineering activities for Ford’s passenger and commercial vehicle lines in the Turkish market (around 1 million vehicles in the field). Ensuring the needed tools and equipments are available at Ford dealerships to perform proper diagnosis and repair. Managed a team of 15 service engineers responsible for field issue resolution, technical bulletins, and service campaigns.
