Responsibilities included managing and providing legal services for two major subsidiaries, Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, Inc. and Delaware North Companies Sportservice, Inc., with aggregate annual sales in excess of $700 Million. Position included both development and operational responsibilities.

Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Snyder Corp., a privately held development company in Buffalo, NY. Reported to owner of the firm and was responsible for managing all aspects of the Company’s legal function.
