• Responsible for the employees of the Logistics Department, training and evaluation of them; • Responsible for the company's relationship with all customers, management of all orders ( informing daily the production planner about the priorities acc. to the customers requirements); • Weekly sales analysis , following the orders variations and target achievement; • Responsible for company inventories , following continuously improvements;

• Working closely together with the supplier allocation team: such as Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics; • Avoidance of any Continental and/or customer production line down; • Deciding about the necessity to change suppliers production planning and/or production loading, based on the supplier delivery performance KPI’s and respective Continental global demands; • PTN (Parts Termination Notification);

responsible/organizer in the field of sales including coordinating the warehouse for finished products (using SAP transactions); -customer service for AAM &AOE customers and support for solving different problems in Customer Service; -responsible for the relation with National Authority of Custom (documents regarding imports and exports, Authorizations-following up the new legal requirements); -issue monthly, INTRASTAT declaration;

- Maintaining the relationship company-customers-suppliers-employees; -responsible for the relation with National Authority of Custom (documents regarding imports and exports, for Loan production, Authorizations-following up the new legal requirements); -Administration of the business; - Drawing up the documents related to the bank; -the calculations of salaries for 70 employees and the taxation for them;
