• Management of the entire purchasing processes of buses, trucks, cars, and service equipment for special vehicles including examination of technical specifications, selection of companies and products as per customer needs, tendering and finalization of tenders, approval of delivery and payment for large-scale purchases for public institutions and organizations

• Pre-approval responsible for order, delivery, and payment stages of purchasing processes of various product segments including IT products, machinery, industrial type durable goods • Conformity examination and approval for wide range of products according to required specifications in coordination with engineer teams and technicians

• Management of the compliance processes with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 standards for the group companies and implementation of the standards to production and business processes in coordination with the teams of engineers and workers • Working with consultants as internal auditor of group companies, communicating with auditors such as TÜV and Bureau Veritas, implementing the recommendations of external auditors to internal processes
