- Manage over 100 million dollars of annual purchases across 5 suppliers in 4 different countries (ERP/SAP, Purchase Orders, Forecasting, Inventory Turns, Safety Stock, Excel Modeling, Logistics, Capacity and Throughput evaluation, Level Loading, etc.) - Support 5 airplane programs in 3 three different factory locations and at 7 different production rates - Responsibility for ~ 13,000 unique part numbers - inventory levels to support production demand

- I supported the 777 Quality Program with an emphasis in safety and incident mitigation. - I analyzed a range of data via excel through pivot tables and custom formulas, visually represented the data through the use of heat maps / bubble charts, pivot graphs, Pareto graphs, etc. - I reached out to the various 777 quality employees in their respective units to help facilitate idea generation for incident mitigation in their work environment.

Worked with a team of 4 other students, we built and designed a dashboard for the field tech engineers via an Oracle BI and CRM system. It added value by reducing number and frequency of query reports performed by the engineers in the field allowing them to have an accessible snapshot of their reports before drilling deeper is required.

I was in a Supply Chain Analyst, analyzed data sets via excel, capitalizing on the use of pivot tables to mine the data effective and efficiently. - Supported MMO – Standards (fasteners) Group focus on Centralized Kitting Everett Factory - 777 / 747 Programs: Examined the current Installation Plan to Kit Relationship (~15,000) - 747 Program: Initiated Barcode Kit Tracking Tool, documenting 120 locations requiring unique identifiers

Determined sale medium of obsolescence product received. Quickly analyzed the value and the best retail market for greatest return on investment through eBay / Amazon sales, NPS business retail store outlet or in-house auction. (Fire-Sales) - Site averaged 48 tractor trailers per month - Site Averaged case fill per month, 4,500 units

- Program Manager at 1 of 4 local satellite location, maintained a professional and personable relationship, going above and beyond the expected relationship with the customer. - Applied lean processes to eliminate a six month back-log of outbound product within 120 days, about $1.5M - Managed 5 production flows, reduced bottlenecks via forecasting and Excel modeling - Implemented Kanban system to maintain enough inventory to support the customer (Google) when repairs to servers are needed.

- Responsible for the shipping and receiving of Rehab and Durable Medical Equipment including yearly average of 5 million dollars in new inventory each year. Maintaining rental inventory, and service and repair inventory. - Implemented a process that had soft savings $500K and improved turn-around time by 50% - Built, serviced and programmed complex powered wheel chairs (Invacare, Pride, Permobil), complex seating systems and driving controls

- During my high school years, I attended a vocational school focused on Automotive Electronics and Engine Performance to be a technician for my Sophomore (very uncommon), Junior and Senior years. - Worked at a BMW & Mercedes Benz dealership Junior and Senior years - Studied at General Motors Proving grounds in Milford Michigan also during my Junior and Senior years, rotating through the multiple D & R processes of vehicle development. - Worked (wrenched) on cars since I was 10 years old. (1990’s)

As a high school student, I was provided an opportunity to job shadow technicians and engineers at GM's MIlford Proving Grounds for two years. I was part of the initial pilot program my first year, as one of two juniors to attend out of 15 students across the county wide school districts. I was invited back a second year, my senior year. It provided me an opportunity to see the pre-production research and development before a vehicle is released into production.
