    Worked with Orange Poland in all aspects of project definition for the delivery of mobile contactless services in partnership with banks, transit companies and other service providers. Played an advisory role in Orange Poland's launch of their Orange Cash prepaid m-payment service. Negotiated the objectives for partnerships with leading payments providers, retailers and technology providers. Designed the blueprint for the structure, objectives and working practices for an international alliance.

Undertook research, developed business models, defined product requirements and built early joint propositions with the card issuer. Developed the phase 2 roadmap, assessed strategic intent of other card issuers, transit companies, retailers and stadia.

Program managed phase 2 of the delivery across 6 countries covering Home Page, Email, Address Book, IM, Photo Album, eCare/Sales/Support.
