In my role as GM I manage processes such as sales, business development, recruitment and marketing. Half of my time is however spent on customer-projects where I mainly work with project management, process development and workshops.

I was responsible for the sales and support of enterprise information portals in Europe, Middle East and Africa and for the sales of Open Text ECM solutions in Sweden and in Finland.

I had the opportunity to work within a broad range of business functions including managing business operations, planning business strategies, establishing partnership programs, conducting direct sales and marketing as well as managing implementation projects.

Companies that I consulted for where midsize to large corporations within the energy-, pharmaceutical-, media-, utility- and the software industry in USA, Finland, Sweden and in Indonesia.

The program was aimed to give a holistic view of the different processes within an enterprise. Its contents were of a technical-economical nature, including aspects such as quality control, business process reengineering, logistics, marketing and business strategy.
