• Elaboration of project budget proposals leading to new funds for the organization (areas of education, agriculture, water management) • Development and implementation of a communication plan for a nationwide fundraising campaign • Analysis of CSR policies, donations trends and community involvement of British companies operating in Central America and Africa to be used in the implementation of a new corporate fundraising strategy

• Consolidation of a divisional Budget Proposal (€60 millions) in compliance with financial-administrative guidelines, regulations and procedures and in coordination with several units and sections • Controlling of the approved budget, carrying on financial reviews, adjustment of forecasts of expenditures, and reporting on programmatic changes and deviations • Advising on better use of resources and improvement of business processes • Acting as focal point for administrative, personnel and financial matt

• Planning on matters critical to the division's work plan and analysis of work programmes assessing quality & effectiveness of their implementation and proposing changes to increase quality and effectiveness • Substantial support to the coordination of the division’s reports and documents to be presented to the governing bodies of the organisation (Programme & Budget, the annual report, the mid term plan, etc)

Consultant, Division for Latin America-Technical Cooperation Dep. • Coordination among stakeholders of the closure process of projects in the field of nuclear technology • Presentation of project achievement reports which allowed the transfer of financial balances to other projects in need of resources and contributed to the transparency of the management of the programme Consultant, Programme of Action for Cancer Therapy • Contribution to the organisation organisation of IAEA Nobel Prize Events

• Representing the PM at United Nation’s meetings and conferences, presenting PM’s position, and reporting on related activities and programmes (IAEA, CTBTO, UNODC) • Contribution to the Peruvian delegation’s participation in the 2006 EU-Latin American and Caribbean Summit held in Vienna (delegation headed by the President of Peru)

• Management and reporting on electoral technical assistance projects (national capacity building) and technical cooperation programmes (infrastructure) in Latin America and the Caribbean • Contribute to the elaboration of the area’s work plan, budget proposal, annual/quarterly report • Liaise with members of governments of beneficiary countries regarding project delivery as well as the correct implementation of signed agreements in compliance with regulations • Represent the OAS in meetings/conference
