Smart Key system, CHINA: TESTING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT: • Technical / operational support to car-maker (GAC-FIAT) related to smart key system; • First level on-board vehicle analysis; • CAN bus data logging (CANalyzer, DIAnalyzer); • Test bench / functional verification; • Replacement/ reflashing of defected TRM modules. LOGISTICS: • Traceability and logistics of faulty and incoming parts; MANAGEMENT OF SUPPLIERS / OTHER DEPARTMENTS: • Direct interface 24/7 with customers and suppliers;

- Layout / design of rigid and flexible PCBs, connectors and wiring harness - Industrialization, testing and welding of electronic circuits / LED boards - Process improvement and sourcing of suppliers for new PCB connectors

- Failure rate and MTBF prediction of PCBs using reliability calculation tools; - Static analysis of C code for safety-critical applications (SIL); - Use of CENELEC 50126/28/29, FMEA-FTA and RDF 93 model.

Experimental medical devices: - Optimization and modification of electronic system and prototype of a new medical device; - Layout, design, welding and testing of rigid PCB and optic fiber links; - Application of high-voltage nanopulses to biomedics and food conservation.

New product development - Stepper motor control: - Adaptation of LED drivers to bipolar stepper motors control - Stepper motors for automotive equipment (electric seats, rear-view & LEDs).
