Internship as a Student Developer at CT4 PTY LTD., a cloud computing services company. This internship is part of my thesis project in QUT, which is the Development of an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Provider for CT4’s software application, Canopy. This project is still in progress. This internship is also part of CEED program, which has been linking University students with company-based projects for more than 20 years. Software application development for SoftBank’s Pepper robot to engage kids in children hospitals to participate in activities and to help them to overcome illness through interactive storytelling, games and songs. This is part of the QUT Robotics Accelerator which is a competition where students form teams to create a software application for Pepper the Humanoid Robot. The application was developed using Python, HTML, Javascript and CSS.

Queries, procedures and functions were created using Oracle PL/SQL to feed designed reports using Jasper Reports, a Java-based application. These reports brought specific information from the databases when needed by the final user. Also, client's requirements were implemented in order to create applications requested for them. These applications were developed with Java using Eclipse. The code couldn’t be stored at GitHub since it’s property of Megasoft Computacion.

Improved the medical clinic’s internal system by doing tests and reporting errors to the development and design team which helped to redesign the system and the proceedings involved in most of the activities in the organization.
