Within my main responsibilities were the management of infrastructure projects, I was in charge of the prior evaluation of proposals to be presented to the Minister of infrastructure, reviewed and participated in the technical and economic evaluation of the proposals to be tendered, participated in the negotiation Of contracts, established the work teams, required competencies in the different functions, received and managed the specific requirements of materials, services and / or subcontracts.

Participated in the technical committees for the elaboration of terms of reference of projects to be tendered, as well as in the adjudication committees. Carried out a review of the contracts to be signed with the construction companies to which they had been awarded works tendered for their execution. Coordinated the technical section of calculation of costs of works and technical section of monitoring of projects.
