Manager My duties were several: rotas, business planning, managing staff, cost control, cellar management, stock control, wages and customer service as well. I had to write reports to the owner. I worked there for around 2 months as the owner decided to sell for health problems and return to UK. By then I have managed to cut costs in the excess of 60% per month. At this moment I'm stil working on closing all the accounts and paying all the staff what is due to be paid.
