* Management of the sales engineering team (results and performance evaluation); * Follow-up since the design creation, mechanical calculation and manufacturing plan with pre and post analysis of the project; * Responsible for open and distribute inquiries, thermal and mechanical calculation, cost measurement ,stock analysis and proposal preparation for industrial equipment; * Sales strategies analyses regarding active sales goal; * Designs for gasket plate heat exchangers, semi-welded, welded, brazed.

* Management of the manufacturing process for the product lines (frozen ready meals, pies, pizzas and pasta). * Management of losses, and inventory costs, operational efficiency achievement and routine management with Total Quality Control system (TQC) * Coordination of the QCC (Quality Control Circle) groups using PDCA methodology; * Participation in the GMP groups, traceability, environmental audit, risk and safety; * Six Sigma projects (White Belt) and activities related to self-maintenance (TPM)

* Working wiht project improvement and modification in the manufacturing process - Edible oil, corn bran, starch and glucose plant. * Equipment’s cost analysis and implementation * Participation in the energy recuperation group: Getting data for operating parameters, energy balance development, definitions and scopes of economic feasibility.
