As a Analytics Presales I am a helping companies to leverage the use of their data. I present the latest updates from SAP Analytics Portfolio (Cloud and On-Premise) to our customers, in private meeting and in events. I also show how they can start their Digital Transformation in the data field.

I participated in the prestigious SAP Presales Academy. The program started with 6 months of classroom-style learning in our world-class training center in Silicon Valley. With 32 colleagues from all over the world, I learnt how to present, team competitions, Design Thinking. This is followed by on the field learning, shadowing, and mentoring.

• Reception of customer inquiries for spare parts and replacement pumps resulting in product selection and quote producing • Sizing and selecting of Flowserve products and customer advisor. • Work closely with outside sales organization to enhance communication, project pursuit, collaboration and overall selling efforts. • Ensure alignment of commercial terms of purchase orders and/or contracts with SAP approvals and support with the resolution of any respective terms and conditions issues.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with several projects: • Customer Service Dept: send quotes to customers, processing orders, quote follow-up and schedule deliveries. • Marketing & IT Dept.: Market research about future opportunities in different industries in NA & LATAM. • Sales & Repair Dept.: Developed a new part ID system for Fed Ex. Master unit´s disassembly and diagnosis. • Production Engineering: Creation, modification and processing of work orders and BOM using ERP sw.

Toronto, ON, Canada • Developed a numerical model on Ls Dyna with SPH and EFG formulation to study the impact of brittle particles on ductile targets (numerical data)*. • Conduct experimental test using shadowgraphy (laser light + high speed camera) to capture fragments of micro particles after the impact (experimental data)**. • Modeled micro particles geometry on Solid Works applying a macro subroutine and coordinates obtained with an electronic microscope.
