OEM´s -Responsible for the standard management for the industrial and automotive division

-Dimensioning of the MWM Electronic Motor gear pair, Reduction of noise from transmissions, carried out in the companies: SEW, PARKER, MWM, EATON, VOLKSWAGEN, and MERCEDES BENS defining grouping and tools rationalization -Migration of Qbasic system calculation to Visual Basic 6.0 in 2D and 3D (Unicad, AutoCAD, Solidworks) -Product calculations and intermediate routines in Office (Excel) with identification and control of chemical components that affect machinability

-Optimization of the Tooling for the Petro-Química PETROBRAS industry with adaptation and tools for special application devices -Mapping of the heat treatment sequences of fast steel parts -Reduction of the cost of reafiación with an elaboration of a system with the registration of data. Analysis of manufacturing times and methods with the identification of bottlenecks -Development of suppliers of metallic coatings (TiN, TiCN) and grinding wheels.
