Working for ITP in the validation and certification of the externals of the TP400 (A400M engine). Customer ITP.

Working for ITD at Airbus facilities in Touloue (France) in the A380 program. Giving PISTE support to the aircrafts in the flight test phase for the intrumentation of all the parts of the aircraft which are Airbus Spain responsibility. Custormer: Airbus Spain.

Working for ITD in the design and mechanical integration of the TP400 (A400M engine) EBU (Engine Build Up). Customer: EADS CASA.

Working for ITD in the Validation and Certification of the 19.1 section of the A380 aircraft. Carrying out the desing of the strategy for the Certification (Rig tests, ground and flight tests) of the different parts of the 19.1 section that ITD is responsible for, and putting into practice this strategy. Fire, vibrations, acoustic fatigue,hail impact,composite structures strength,are some of the tests carried out to show compliance with the requirements stablished for the APU systems of the 19.1 section.

Working for ITP (Industria de Turbopropulsores), in the ANTLE project (R+D+i project), developing a low pressure turbine to reduce emissions and noise of the whole engine. Precisely, working in the experimental integration of the low pressure turbine for the engine, and the experimental integration of three Rigs to develop the technology used in the low pressure turbine mentioned before.

Working for ITP (Industria de Turbopropulsores) placed in Phoenix – Arizona (USA), as Technical Project Coordinator & validation engineer for the AS900 externals certification, at Honeywell Engines & Systems facilities.

Working for ITP (Industria de Turbopropulsores),in the EJ200 engine project (Eurofighter engine), nvolved in the Development and Configuration Management department,working on: build support for bench and flight engines;interface between the partner companies (Rolls Royce,MTU,ITP and FIAT),solving the problems going on in the workshop; interface between quality,development engineering and build-shop; interface between company and customer; other specific tasks(support to production, design, tests, etc).

Working as engineer (Technical Designer) for ITP (Industria de Turbopropulsores), in the Nimrod MRA 4 project, for BAE. Precisely, designing Series 2 diagrams with CEADS (a software provided by the customer to ITP), and checking them. Have received basic formation about electronic mock-up, UNIX, quality system and externals of the engine.
