Department of Bioscience - Soil Fauna Ecology and Ecotoxicology (Dr. Janeck J. Scott-Fordsmand). Developed statistical methods and algorithms for the analysis of high-throughput expression data, with a focus on the study of variation in gene/protein/metabolite expression and subsequent pathway analyses.

Department of Chemical Engineering - BioCenit Research Lab (Profs. Francesc Giralt and Robert Rallo). Responsible for the research line on systems biology. Developed algorithms for the analysis of high-throughput expression data and pathway analysis.
