Operational Transformation lead for EMEA, involving : - Customer relationship manager - Quality Director - Lead thought leadership development around reaching sustainable performance improvement In parallel, I was responsible to set-up, develop & lead the Russian operational excellence practice where I e.g. supported a Lean IT transformation programme in one of the biggest Russian banks. Later on, I led the operational excellence team in the Netherlands & Belgium.
As practice development lead I was responsible for the start-up of the new Accenture P&IP practice in Germany, Austria & Switzerland including : - Business development & customer relationship development focused on resources industry and financial services, - Setting up P&IP marketing campaigns towards the external market, - Team set-up, development and follow-up. In parallel I lead global transformation programmes in the pharmaceutical industry.

Initiated Lean initiative in 15 plants across the globe resulting in inventory reduction and cost-out. E.g. In Lean pilot plant increased output by 30%, reduced production lead time by 80%, improved FPY by 12%pts and reduced space by 40% being trained by the Toyota Production System consultancy Shingijitsu. Created a Lean roadmap to leverage and accelerate Lean results. Received several GE Management Awards for excellent results.

Project leader for planning & implementation of manufacturing, replenishment, sourcing, quality and SAP processes for newly designed industrial product using Design for Six Sigma methodology. I also designed a production transfer process, which guaranteed superior service & product quality after transfer. This process was validated through multiple successful production transfers.
