Accomplish the Material Requirements Planning (sending orders to suppliers based on the existing demand and delivery follow-up) Obtaining supplier price, availability and delivery conditions Invoice management Follow material stock and orders, to avoid excess stock Implement new work models with suppliers in order to increase flexibility and reduce inventory First escalation level in case of material shortages in production
