To manage commercial portfolio/establish new borrowing relationships for Business Banking (Commercial Clients - sales turnover between EUR 2,5 and EUR 20 M). Spread and analyze financial statements, drafting of credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal in order to submit to approval in local Credit Committees & Alpha Group Advisory Opinions in Greece.

Research projects in the area of criminal law, (European and international criminal law and criminal procedure; comparative criminal law and procedure; economic, financial and banking criminal law and enforcement) -Teaching Romanian Criminal Law to students -Taking part to conferences and seminars in criminal law and criminal procedure in Romania and abroad

- Overall responsibility for managing retail clients’ relationships, offering clients banking products, in line with the policy in place for Retail clients sector; - Promote the Raiffeisen retail banking offer to all retail clients addressing the branch directly; - Responsible for professionally representing the bank during the relationship/products opening process; - Ensure a proper identification of the client - according with the Raiffeisen guidelines and also with the local regulatory authority;

- Structuring and negotiating proposals for micro clients (T/O below EUR 1 mil) - Development business relationship for Multinational Companies, including pricing policy, cash management and financing products (Project & Acquisition finance,Cash-Non Cash facilities (LG/LC/Derivatives), Factoring etc. - Supporting Credit Proposals in Credit Committee meetings

Work under the direction of lawyers and help them prepare for meetings, hearings and trials. - Perform legal research, draft legal documents, read case law and prepare case briefs - Prepare trial notebooks for court, prepare responses to complaints and discovery requests - Organize case files and maintain documents
